The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a functional bathroom extractor fan and a handy tray for toiletries in the shower. The location was great, and the staff were polite, efficient, and always willing to help.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

New-fashioned room with a good sized balcony and good bed, for instance, ideal for what we needed. Had a refrigerator and glassware at our disposal.

It was clean and quiet. The aircon worked well. The spa facilities were ok. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from.

The hotel is overpriced. They gave us a seaview room with no sea view; when asked they said it faced the sea! Directions and distances marked on the road from the station to the hotel were misleading, which was extremely frustrating.

A family hotel, only a lot of children running around. Not to recommend to stay there if you are not with your family. This hotel private beachside was close to a joke..very small and crowded with people. Wifi only in public areas.

The place is clean and wonderful. Great-sized and beautifully designed room with good bed and a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. The pool area is nice too. Free Wi-Fi available. Stunning and magnificent location, not too far away from The benevolent angel of peace Sculpture. Nice restaurant relatively close to the hotel.

The hotel offers an incredible morning and evening buffet with a wide variety of national and international dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive. The wellness facilities are fantastic, including a clean and spacious spa, various saunas, a swimming pool, and a bar with healthy drinks. The rooms are spacious with a good-sized balcony. The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and the center of town, yet it is in a peaceful area.

The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home and cater to their needs.

The hotel was easey to find and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was very noisey - The nise from the corridor, adjoining rooms, and above was far to intrusive. Breakfast was not of the standard I would expect of a 4 star hotel. Despite informing the reception staff on arrival that I needed to check out early they still tried to bill me for the full duration.

Wonderful breakfast and other services were excellent. The room was surprisingly large and elegant and it had a shower, hairdryers, and bath robes, that's cool. The staff was very-very nice, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Also, location was stunning and great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from reverse house.

our second stay in siofok surpassed expectations. amazing location, lovely rooms, and exceptional food. kids loved the playroom and pool. we enjoyed the saunas and jacuzzi. already excited for our next visit!

Our entire family loved this facility. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area were pleasing to the senses, and enjoyable in every way. The staff was gracious and helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent spa experience at Residence Hotel Balaton. We were lucky that the spa was not crowded and we often had the jacuzzi pools all to ourselves. The hotel itself is elegant and clean, with spacious rooms and a great range of food options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel was new, food was very good and staff very nice.

There is no wi-fi in the room. We found some candy wrappers under the bed.

We where offered a new-fashioned and stylish room with a very big shared balcony, free mini drinks and tea. Location: the hotel was so close to all the attractions, and the shore of Lake Balaton. Easily reached Calvados Etterem, located just a short stroll away from the property, had lunch/dinner there👌
